Endurance Technology launches onto the DTV scene at Mediacast |

Endurance Technology today announced its presence at Mediacast for the first time. Endurance offers a range of professional services focused on the Digital TV software and Network Systems Integration markets. The company has built a significant network of engineering resources, both within the UK and overseas. Endurance makes use of onshore and offshore resources, in order to be able to offer clients highly responsive and competitive professional services.
Managing Director Andrew Moyler said "We are very pleased to be able to formally introduce Endurance to the DTV industry at Mediacast. The show offers us a great platform to meet with potential partners and customers in addition to generating awareness of the skills and talent within our organisation." Andrew was formerly with UK based DTV software services vendor Mediabright, a company he co-founded. Mediabright specialised in providing integrated software solutions for digital TV and was subsequently acquired by Canal Plus Technologies in 2001.
Project Director Richard Nicoll added, "We have spent a considerable amount of time working to develop a sound business proposition, which will offer our customers real value. Our business processes and procedures, combined with a sound development methodology, ensure that we can deliver." Richard was formally a Divisional Director at Pace Micro Technology plc heading up their Cambridge operation, with responsibility for a number of STB developments, including US and European cable boxes, IPTV and Information Appliances.
Technical Director John Bartlett said "Endurance has some of the best and most respected engineering talent within our industry." John has spent the last two years carrying out network design and systems integration within Telewest’s digital cable network. This has included the integration of Liberate’s interactive technology and Nagra’s CA.
